Pürierter fermentierter Knoblauch verleiht dieser Essigkomposition seinen würzigen Geschmack und die tiefschwarze Farbe. Ein besonderer Genuss!

Der Most aromatischer Trebbiano-Trauben wird bei niedriger Temperatur eingedickt und mit Weißweinessig verfeinert. Bis zu 3 Jahre wird das Kondiment im Fass gelagert, um die perfekte Balance zwischen Süße und Säure zu erzeugen. Die Zugabe natürlicher Aromen macht die Essigkomposition zu einem außergewöhnlichem Würzmittel von ganz eigener Ausprägung.

Verwendung: vielseitig einsetzbar für Salate, Antipasti, Desserts, zum Kochen und Backen sowie für die Zubereitung aromatischer Getränke
